Welcome to HOW TO BOTTLE YOUR FEELINGS written, developed, published and managed by CREWSYLLABLES, an imprint of MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd. MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd is an authorized development and publishing partner of the book app, HOW TO BOTTLE YOUR FEELINGS, written and designed by Carni Lovender.
The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern the use of the MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd app- HOW TO BOTTLE YOUR FEELINGS. By using or visiting the App, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the App. Please check this page of the App periodically.
Permitted Use
You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this App for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this App for any purpose other than to review an event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets, content or merchandise for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorised by MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd to do so.
Disclaimers
MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd does not promise that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the App or any Content, search or link on it. The App and its Content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd cannot ensure that files you download from the App will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features. MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this App, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, and punitive and consequential damages.
MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third party users, MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd users, advertisers and/or sponsors on the App, in connection with the MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd service or otherwise related to your use of the App and/or the MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd service. MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with or referenced on the App.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App.
MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd Privacy Policy
We use technologies like cookies (small files stored on your browser), web beacons, or unique device identifiers to identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience. Our systems also log information like your browser, operating system and IP address.
If authorized by you, we may also access profile and other information from services like Facebook.
Our systems may associate this personal information with your activities in the course of providing services to you (such as pages you view or things you click on or search for).
We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.
Purchase Policy
MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd sells tickets and content on behalf of promoters, teams, bands and venues. Policies set forth by our clients, such as venues, teams and theatres, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on whether you are entitled to receive a refund from the responsible party. Ordinarily, once events are open for refunds, you will have one calendar year to process your refund.
Ticket and Content Terms and Conditions
1. As an authorised ticket and content agent, MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd sells tickets and content on behalf of the venue, promoter or producer that produces the event for which you buy a ticket or content. We refer to the venue, promoter, or producer from whom we obtain tickets or and content to sell to you as our "Content Partner". Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket or content is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket or content without refund or other compensation. We refer to lawful authorized resellers of tickets and content as our “Sales Partner”. A Sales Partner is prohibited from verifying and validating a ticket or content. Sales Partners may sell tickets and content at a reduced rate different to the App price, which may vary between each Sales Partner.
2. It is your responsibility to check your tickets and content; mistakes cannot always be rectified. While we try and ensure that all prices on our App are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of tickets or content you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price (and credit or debit your account as applicable) or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, you agree that we may treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel after you have already paid the incorrect ticket or content price for the tickets or content, you will receive a full refund from us.
3. Fundraising tickets and content are non-refundable.
4. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event or content experience has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event or content experience is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket or content holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the Content Partner. We do not guarantee that ticket and content holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
5. This ticket and content is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue and Content Partner. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue or Content Partner. The venue may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Refunds for tickets and content sold by the Sales Partner are solely managed by the Sales Partner. The venue, Content Partner and MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd accept no responsibility for any refunds for tickets sold by the Sales Partner.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or Content Partner's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. The venue, Content Partner, Sales Partner and MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd accept no responsibility for any personal property.
10. Neither the venue, the Content Partner, the Sales Partner nor MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket or content purchased plus the relevant per ticket or content booking fee.
Privacy and personal data
MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd prescribes to the South Africa laws as outlined in Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPI). We are committed to protecting your private data. We shall only request and collect relevant personal data that allows us to execute our service provision and facilitate fulfillment of the ticket or content purchased.
We will collate the information which you give to us to provide you with services and personalize your use and visits of this App. We may also use such information to inform you, the user, about changes in the services we offer and/or about features we think you would find of interest. MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd shall retain the customer data in a secure and private manner. We shall not use the personal data unless we have been provided consent. MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd shall not share, distribute, or make public your personal information unless your express consent has been provided or required by law to comply with legislation. .

Use of personal data
MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd may use your personal data for the purposes of executing transactions concluded with you, for customer’s services and client administration, through both e-mail and SMS channels. Should you provide consent, we may also send you information regarding special offers and advertising by e-mail or SMS, within our regular newsletters or our once-off promotional offers. MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd may also make your personal information available to the event owners (who may be located outside South Africa) to enable them to fulfill ticket obligations. Should you consent that event owners may send special offers and marketing content, MAGICMILL (Pty) Ltd will advise them accordingly.
